Business Traveler
It's a nice hotel with comfortable beds. The bathroom is a little small, but had everything. I enjoyed the stay.

Solo Traveler
The hotel was nice if you just needed to sleep. I think that they should upgrade with a microwave and a refrigerator in the rooms. Other than that it was OK.

The hotel is in a good, convenient location. The service is exceptional. The beds are comfortable. The room was clean. The room was small, but adequate. WiFi was convenient.

Hotel was fine. Room was nice, but their were many costs I did not expect to have to deal with, like no shuttle service to the airport? That was very surprising.

Family with Teens
Valet parking attendant was very friendly and helpful even though we didn't use the service. Not a lot of options for parking if you didn't use valet service. Hotel was very nice and clean. Didn't seem very big from the outside but once inside, was pleasantly surprised. ...read more

Nice location, courteous staff, clean room. The lobby area was comfortable and many people gathered there to watch the play-offs.

The Doubletree was a very good value for the price. Beautiful lobby and very nice staff. The room was very well designed. Bed was beyond comfortable.

The room was large and the sleeping/sitting area was nice. The bathroom was very small and the exhaust fan was loud with no switch to turn it off. The temperature was either too hot or too cold and the thermostat was no help in regulation. Housekeeping was great on the phone but lousy with response. It is hard to find the entrance to the hotel and there is little or no parking. We had to pay $16 per day for parking and had little choice to do anything else. There was a complimentary shuttle that was nice although the driver seemed a little testy when things got busy. The bed was comfortable and luxurious. I slept like a baby.
